I am Raghvendra Singh Dhakar, a software engineer in Bengaluru, India. I work on backend systems and applied AI, on the part of a product that sits between a language model and the people who use it.

Since July 2026 I have been at Juspay, working on BreezeBuddy.ai. I built its chatbot-to-human handoff, so a conversation reaches a live agent with its full context, and a guardrail layer for voice and text agents that each tenant can configure without a code change.

From August 2025 to July 2026 I interned at Mindtickle on AI and backend systems. My main work there was LanguageAndVoiceService, which turned adding a voice or a language into a database change instead of a deploy, across 25+ languages and 800+ voices. From November 2025 to May 2026, alongside the internship, I co-founded Verly and built its agent stack: graph-based RAG, identity verification and per-tenant tools through custom MCP servers.

Outside work I learn by building. Mission HQ, my self-hosted multi-agent system, is where I try ideas about agents, memory and evals on something that runs every day. What holds up goes into the blog and notes.

At IIIT Nagpur I studied computer science, was a core member of the Google Developer Group, where I ran competitive programming sessions and mentored 100+ students, and helped host MUN 23 with the Orator Club.

    Product Engineer I

    I work on the escalation, safety, and policy layers of BreezeBuddy.ai's conversational AI.

    • Built BreezeBuddy.ai's chatbot-to-human handoff system. The escalation workflow routes complex conversations to live agents and preserves the full context and state.
    • Designed and implemented a unified AI guardrail layer for voice and text agents, enforcing system-level checks for prompt injection, toxicity, policy violations, and off-topic responses.
    • Built a configurable guardrail engine that lets tenants define custom compliance rules, business boundaries, and agent behaviour without code changes, supporting per-agent and per-tenant policies.

  2. Mindtickle

    Software Development Engineer Intern — AI & Backend Systems

    I built the voice platform service, the provider sync pipeline, and the evaluation pipeline for AI roleplay.

    • Architected and shipped LanguageAndVoiceService, a Go gRPC microservice built on hexagonal architecture. It replaced hard-coded voice configuration with a DB-backed model and enabled no-deploy onboarding across 25+ languages and 800+ voices.
    • Built an automated voice lifecycle pipeline with ElevenLabs, using Kubernetes CronJobs, webhooks, and Redis-backed async processing. It syncs providers, removes duplicate voices, processes feedback, and flags voices that perform badly.
    • Shipped the AI roleplay LLMOps evaluation pipeline with Maxim, streaming session transcripts and per-bot metadata to LLM evaluators for automated quality scoring and continuous assessment.

  • Verly

    Co-founder, Nov 2025 to May 2026. An AI customer support platform across web chat, WhatsApp and voice. I built the agent stack in Go: graph-based RAG, identity verification, per-tenant tools through custom MCP servers, and the analytics layer.

  • Mission HQ

    A self-hosted multi-agent system: Python, DBOS, Pydantic AI, FastAPI, Telegram, a Next.js console. Every outward action stops for my approval.

    An AI learning platform that has generated 100+ courses, with a Gemini content pipeline and a quiz system for assessment.
